For more than twenty years I've been a physician and medical educator at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and Bellevue Hospital. The part of that work I love most has always been helping people through changes they weren't sure they were ready for. Coaching lets me do that work directly.

I'm a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Professor of Medicine, and the faculty director of coaching initiatives in the medical school's Office of Professional Development.
